Who doesn’t love a piece of cheesecake with strawberries on top? This is not your traditional cheesecake. This is a raw vegan cheesecake with high nutritional value. Think nutrition, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and get them all in one cheesecake slice. Super satisfying without the bloating and harmful side effects of dairy.
We use all organic ingredients in all of our cheesecakes, most of which are local for added nutrition. Almonds, pecans, sprouted cashews, cinnamon, extra virgin coconut oil and the list goes on.
Highest in calcium of all nuts. Almonds are also high in fiber, vitamin E and magnesium. Almonds help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease, and can help protect against diabetes.
Rich in iron, high in magnesium (more than almonds), and the unsaturated fat is predominantly oleic acid (the same as in olive oil). Cashews help prevent cancer, promote a healthy heart and strong bones, and also are good for your skin and hair (they are rich in copper).
Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C and manganese and also contain decent amounts of folate (vitamin B9) and potassium. Strawberries are very rich in antioxidants. Did we mention that we use Flax seed meal to raise the bar even further.
