4” Vegan Cauliflower buns – Turmeric

Organic and locally sourced ingredients, Vegan, Plant Based, Gluten Free, Nut Free, Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Meat Free, Egg Free, Non GMO, High Nutrition, Real food, Taste great! These are the same base as our cauliflower pizza, JUST SMALLER.

Instructions: The cauliflower buns will last in the fridge for upto 3 weeks in it’s original packaging. It lasts much longer in the freezer (see use by date). Defrost the package completely, separate the buns GENTLY with a spatula, restore in the fridge in a zip lock bag for later use.

Make sure to bake the buns prior to placing any toppings. Heat the buns in conventional oven or a toaster oven. Pre heat the oven at 350 degrees. Place the buns straight on the rack (do not use cookie sheet or parchment paper). Check  after 5-7 minutes, Leave them in the oven for another 5 minutes for a crispier bun. Enjoy! We use Fresh riced Cauliflower to hand construct our Plant based cauliflower burger buns. They are grain free, nut free, dairy free and highly nutritious. All the ingredients are organic and we source as many local ingredients as possible. We make Our cauliflower burger buns in small batches to ensure quality and best nutrition.
