We use Fresh Riced Cauliflower to hand construct our Plant based cauliflower pizza crust. It is grain free, nut free, dairy free and highly nutritious. All the ingredients are organic and we source as many local ingredients as possible. We make our cauliflower pizza crust in small batches to ensure quality and best nutrition. Instructions: The cauliflower pizza crust will last in the fridge for upto 3 weeks in it’s original packaging. It lasts much longer in the freezer (see use by date).
Make sure to bake the crust prior to dressing with topping. Heat the crust in a conventional oven or a toaster oven. Pre heat the oven at 350 degrees. Place the buns straight on the rack (do not use cookie sheet or parchment paper). Check after 8 minutes, Leave in the oven for another 5 minutes for a crispier crust.
