Instructions: Keep frozen or refrigerate until ready to eat. Once defrosted, eat sooner than later for best nutrition value. Will defrost within 10-15 minutes depending on the temperature. Will last in the fridge for upto 2 weeks.

Raw Vegan Cheesecake – Avocado and Lime

This cake is our version of key lime pie, however, much more nutritious, creamy and delicious!

As always we strive to use as many local ingredients as possible. It’s no surprise that the limes (the ingredient that gives this cake it’s uniqueness) are local and as always, organic. Limes are known to improve the immune system as they aid digestion.

Only the best organic Hass avocados will do. Avocados are a great source of vitamins C, E, K, and B-6, as well as riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, and potassium. They also provide lutein, beta-carotene, and omega-3 fatty acids.

Who would have thought that you can eat avocados in a cake? well you tell us after trying this cake. Yum!!
