Raw Vegan Cheesecake – Matcha with Cacao Drizzle
We like to push the limits with our cheesecakes. Making sure that the taste is amazing we find ways to raise the nutrition value of these goodies. Matcha is high in antioxidants. The caffeine in Matcha is very different than the type found in coffee in that it is released slowly and steadily over a period of few hours.
Pistachios offer added nutritional value to the crust of this cake. Low in calories yet high in protein, this nut is also high in antioxidants. We use the best Cacao in it’s raw form to create our drizzle.
