Raw Vegan Cheesecake – Rocky Shore (Slice)

After tasting many chocolates we settled on the Raw vegan chocolate from the Ecuadorian Amazon called “Qumir”. Raw chocolate is high in minerals such as iron, magnesium and manganese which help to sustain energy levels. 

You might be wondering why this cake is called “Rocky Shore”. Well, my daughter and I were enjoying a strawberry cheesecake when I shared the idea of this new flavor with her. She looked out over the ocean and said she had the perfect name for this flavor. The crushed chocolate is like the rocks and pebbles that were laying on the beach and the cheese part was the sand, and so it was done! Rocky Shore was born.
