Organic Cashews, Organic Coconut Milk, Organic Pecans, Organic Almonds, Organic Strawberries, Organic Dates, Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Organic Maple Syrup, Organic Lemon Juiced, Organic Vanilla Extract, Organic Flax Seeds, Organic Cinnamon, Fine Sea Salt

Instructions

Keep frozen until ready to eat. Whole cake defrosts within 30-45 minutes depending on the ambient temperature. It’s perfectly fine to take slices out and keep the remaining frozen. Slices defrost quicker than the whole cake. Cake and/or slices can be defrosted by placing in fridge overnight. Cake has 10 slices. Shipped Pre-sliced and frozen.

    I would give these cakes 10 stars if it was possible. The only problem is that they are so good, I can’t stop myself. I love the strawberry. The consistency is really creamy without the animal products in them. I’m so glad I found these and I recommend them to all of my friends. You don’t have to be vegan to love these, the whole ingredients are perfectly combined.

    I am not a vegan but like to incorporate as much plant based products to my diet as possible. I tried this cake (from Coop Santa Monica) and I love it! It’s not crazy sweet but sweet enough to satisfy, and doesn’t feel heavy like the regular cheesecakes. All organic ingredients and no bake? Hello! Looking forward to trying other flavors 😋. Highly recommend!
